What is Crossfit

We aim to build a fitter, healthier and stronger community in a fun and effective way.

We have taken the philosophy of CrossFit of constantly varied high intensity training to cater to the individual’s needs and fitness goals through our group sessions as well as one-on-one.

Along with the understanding of the needs of different individuals and have infused this philosophy into the classes that we offer at CrossFit 6221.

Our range of classes allow for individuals with all skill and fitness levels to participate in a capacity that they are comfortable with.
