This is a session that is beginner’s friendly, this session incorporates simple movements and it’s a great way to build up your endurance. As for those who are already experienced, and want to work on your GAS, this is your class.
Using body weight and light weight only, this body focuses on building your lung capacity, pushing your body to work past your lactic threshold. A great session for those who do endurance training for triathlons, marathons, biking and running.
