Classes

Personal Coaching

For athletes who have very specific goals, we can offer personal coaching to help with your health goals (rehabilitation, increase muscle mass or fat loss), develop specific skills to supplement your sporting interests or even to improve your basic skills for our CrossFit classes.

These sessions can be one-on-one or small group (no more than 4 people), where a coach will give you personal attention.
