Coach’s Story

Started CrossFit since 2013 and been hooked up ever since. I found CrossFit is perfect for me because I love working out but I don’t like to stay hours in the gym, and I’m also the kind of person that gets bored easily. CrossFit is a perfect match for me, because I only need to workout for an hour at maximum at the box. On top of that, since CrossFit programming is constantly varied, it keeps me out of boredom.

After years being a CrossFitter, in 2015 I started to coach CrossFit classes. And in 2017 I got my CrossFit Level 1 certification in Singapore.

I’ve also been working in the fitness industry for almost 14 years. Before CrossFit, I used to be a Les Mills group fitness instructor for more than 6 years. Coaching and teaching have always been my passion since a very young age. With my experiences I would like help others to achieve their fitness goals, so that they can be the best version of themselves and live a healthy and a fit life!!
