I started to train back in 2005 not because I love to train but because I was overweight.
I knew that something wasn’t right and change must be made. I train on my own with ZERO knowledge.
I began to love the sport of fitness since 2009, I trained in a local gym doing weight and cardio.
I started CrossFit since 2017 and I learn a lot since then. It’s a lifetime journey to be better every single day.
