Coach’s Story
I started CrossFit in 2012 and I used it to improve my general fitness level while I was still doing other things such as triathlon, long distance running & calisthenic workouts – I was never into a single sport since I was a boy. After my iron cross injury in 2014 I took a step back from sports and studied further about human body & movements; anatomy & physiology; and strength & conditioning for athletes performance. My journey made me decided to approach CrossFit differently. I use CrossFit to help people improve their health & help them to move better.
