Coach’s Story

I come from a strong military background. Back in 2006 good friends introduced me to CrossFit and I was left on the floor pondering life and the unknown existence of extra terrestrials. Whilst in the military I was taught strong ethos, character and being able to achieve success all comes down to you and your mental and physical toughness.

After leaving the military in 2011, I was offered a job as a private security contractor. Whilst working in Afghanistan I started my coaching career at the toughest box out there “Kandahar CrossFit”. Valuable lessons were learnt and even greater people discovered that the only person stopping them to achieve their goals were themselves.

My philosophy is simple: put in the hard work, stay committed, make no excuses and the success and goals will be destroyed.

Nothing is unachievable when you, as an individual, have the mental and physical toughness.

A good man once said: “A true persons character is revealed in times of toughness”.
