Coach’s Story

As shallow as it sounds, I always wanted to look good in a bikini. But if we are honest, who doesn’t want to look better, not only down the beach but all the time? I hated sports and exercise and all the smelly sweating. I tried every diet out there and had some short-lived success but my weight always went back up. Eventually, I joined Crossfit 6221 three years ago and started exercising regularly. I started to feel good and noticed changes in my body shape quite quickly. That motivated me to learn more about nutrition and understand what to eat, not what I couldn’t eat, and I started seeing even more changes. It wasn’t quick; it took me 2 years to feel good in a bikini. I’m actually heavier than I was back then but I have more lean muscle mass and less body fat and I feel great. Now it has been three years and I didn’t even notice that health, fitness and nutrition has become my life. I quit my job and got qualified as a fitness trainer so that I can help other people achieve what I have without having to change their lives completely or become a fitness trainer.

So don’t be scared, don’t stress about how or when. Just start to move, everyone was a beginner before becoming an advance.
