What’s the difference between a gym and a CrossFit box

When you come into a CrossFit box you don’t need to put any thought into your workout. Our coaching team designs the workout for each day according to a program we have in place. All you have to do is turn up, give it your 100% and have fun.

You won’t have to work out alone, our sessions are done in a group session, max of 14 people. In such a setting you will get attention from the Coach on duty to help you through the movements as well as enjoy the fun of being in a group setting.

The best thing about CrossFit is the community. Working out with a group of people who will cheer you on and push you to do your best helps you reach limits you never thought you could.
