Double Unders

  1. Check the length of your rope. Speak to our coaches about how to properly measure your rope to your height.
  2. Keep your hands slightly in front of your torso
  3. Rotate from your wrist, its like a quick flicking action
  4. Jump vertically, avoid kicking forward and kicking backwards.
  5. Time your jump so it higher but slower
